All terms related to our fees and commission are disclosed in the intake paperwork, which clients must review and sign before engaging our services.

3. No Guarantees

While we strive to match clients with suitable lenders, we do not guarantee loan approval, funding amounts, or specific terms. Funding outcomes depend on factors such as lender criteria, client qualifications, credit history, and other external factors beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the application process. Failure to provide truthful information may result in delays, denial of funding, or termination of our services.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• Funding denials or unfavorable terms set by lenders.

• Misrepresentation of information by clients.

• Losses, damages, or delays resulting from third-party lenders or service providers.

Clients are encouraged to consult their own financial, legal, or tax advisors for guidance specific to their situation.
